Important Notice for New York LLC Members: New York State law requires that you MUST publish the existence of your LLC once a week for six consecutive weeks in two newspapers in your county. LLCs that fail to comply within 120 days of formation will have their authority to conduct business SUSPENDED.

Our full-service publication includes obtaining your county clerk assignment, creating your ads, securing affidavits of publication, preparing and filing your Certificate of Publication with the NY Department of State, advancing all filing fees, and delivering your official receipt.
